I need to file my 2nd QT 2011 941. The program only shows the 2012 form with what appears to be the 2011 figures although the totals don't match my 2nd QT 2011 state tax return. Any idea what's going on or how to get the proper report?

If you didn't print it last year, you will need to contact the IRS for a 2011 form and fill it out manually using the figures from your payroll reports that you printed last year.

It's really important to have a paper trail as auditors do not want to look at a computer, they want a paper trail. In addition to what we call the two most important reports as seen in the help file at this link:

You should also save all reports that you sent to the IRS, SSA as well as state and local reports that you prepare for 7 years too.
