I have set up sick and vacation accrual and it is calculating on everybody. But on the Current Employee Payroll Report on one employee the vacation accrual and sick accrual show up as zero even though when I click on her name in the accrual tab it shows 3.7795 and 70.90 respectively.

Without seeing your database, I have no idea what is wrong there as this has never happened before so it has to be in the settings or something. I would need to see your database with an detailed message in the email on who the employee was and which report and what date was set in PayWindow to print the report.
