Hours Accrued From Last Year

If employees have left over vacation and sick leave from the previous year how do we add those hours into their profile?

I assume you are setting up PayWindow for the first time. If so, you can manually enter the accruals to be carried over from last year. See this page in the help file:

PayWindow will by design carry over accruals not used from previous years.
