Vaction Accrual setup

When setting up the vacation accrual do you deduct from the total allowable hours worked all vacation hours and holidays?

Set it up just like we show in the help file using the total possible hours and employee can work in a year if the did not take any vacation or anything. Example, they work a 40 hour week: 40 x 52 = 2,080 hours.
