Filtering reports

Is it possible to add a state filter when generating Pay Period Reports in either Normal 80 or Wide 132 ?

Also, in the Wage reports, there are options to generate a wage report by month, quarter and year. Is it possible to add an option to generate thereport by pay period as well ?
