Program is easy and flexible enough to use that it should be useful to Household Employers who report on Federal Form 1040 Schedule H. Providing a draft of Scedule H (in lieu of Form 940-944)would make the program more attractive to those Household Employers.
Keeping accurate records is a requirement for those Household Employers who wisely seek Workman's Comprehensive Insurance and must file yearly audits. Those audits are based upon a Fiscal Year (the year following the start of insurance coverage), not upon the calendar year.
As more Baby Boomers require home care, gardening and transportation assistance, etc., this market opportunity will grow. Multiple employees are required to provide adequate care for an infirm elderly relative. Even more are required to care at home for patients with chronic illnesses who may require round-the-clock supervision.
Yes the costs are high. But they still are less expensive than nursing homes and care is far more humane. Patients live longer in a home environment, with pets, grandchildren, etc.
Thank you.
