Has been working.
Running W7, QuickBooks Pro 2010
Installed update today: PayWindow 2012 10.0.13.
The "Connect to QuickBooks" button opens the QuickBook Tips window instead of porting data.
I tried using the "..." button to re-select the QuickBooks data file, which uses a UNC map to my server.
I then tried accessing after closing QuickBooks, and again after re-opening it.
All attempts failed.
QuickBooks can access its data.
It would be helpful if the QuickBooks Tips window could be more specific as to the problem.
Louis.

I don't know what happened if it "was working" as the code has not been touched in a few years. I do know that in testing when it was created, I was never able to get it to work unless QuickBooks, PayWindow and the databases were all on the same computer.
It sounds like you were working through a network and I don't know how you were able to pull that off.

I just tested it here on out test computer and it worked just like it did in the past so I don't think 10.0.13 has anything to do with it.

I received the same message today after installing this update. It worked fine prior to the update.

Figured it out. Go into quickbooks click edit click preferences click integrated applications and click both Zpays (there two now showing after this update and only one was checked). I then closed zpay and reopened it and it worked. I think there was a problem with this update as a second Zpay has been added.

Thanks, probably worked fine for me when testing as I had to set it up like it was the first time since it was never used on that test machine before.

Thanks, That worked! In my case I had THREE of them, the last one was not checked. Perhaps something changed in PayWindow that made QuickBooks think it was a different program.
