I was trying to create a custom report, listing annual payroll per employee together with all taxes withheld.
I created the report using field settings and then I went to the report settings and tried to generate the report filtering it by state. I was able to create the report but it listed all employees without filtering it by state even though the filter by state box was checked off. Is there a way to correct this problem ?
