Annual reports

I was trying to create a custom report, listing annual payroll per employee together with all taxes withheld.
I created the report using field settings and then I went to the report settings and tried to generate the report filtering it by state. I was able to create the report but it listed all employees without filtering it by state even though the filter by state box was checked off. Is there a way to correct this problem ?

Thanks for reporting that as it appears the state filter is not working. I've forwarded this to the developers to fix.

Just a note since the warning when you open the Custom Reports is they should not be used for anything except for simple lists as many of the taxes are calculated on the fly in the official reports and not available in the custom report tool. The two reports that you should be printing each pay day give you the totals you are looking for. See this page in the help file:

The fix was just posted and is ready to pick up with the update checker. It is in build 10.0.13.
