W2 needs to be reprinted

I have already printed W2s, but found one of our deductions is not printing in box 12a.

I adjusted the coding in the company profile, but I still cannot get the code to show up on the W2 now.

What steps do I need to take to get the code to print in box 12a?

12a is line 1 of 4 lines available in box 12. If you have two deductions, you can only select one line per deduction which means if you have two deductions to appear in box 12, you would set one for 12a and the second for 12b and so on.
