w-3 not printing correctly

I purchased the w-2 and the w-3 pack from office depot. The w-2's print perfect but, the 2nd column of w-3 prints out of the right ranges. I tried messing with the settings but I can't seem to get them in the right boxes. Anyone else have this problem? If you fixed it, what did you do?

The W3 was adjusted late in PayWindow, download the current release to be sure you have the newest W3 format. But keep in mind that PayWindow is designed to use the forms from Deluxe, not any other forms. That may be why if you already have the current release of PayWindow.
