Why the Yearly Employee Wage Statement shows the Total Gross Wages in every single columns? I was expecting to see the Total Gross Wages, the Total Fica, the Total Medicare.., for the year, quarter or month.

The purpose of the Wage Reports is to show the taxable wages for the period selected, not the taxes and such. You want to use the Employer Totals Report which is one of two reports that should be printed each pay day and saved for seven years. See this page in the help file:
