Cafeteria deduction and Bonuses

We give bonuses at the end of the year. I do a separte payroll for this. Even though I put 0 in the deductions for cafe, insurance and pension because they have already done that on the payroll check. It still took the cafe out and figured the taxes on the balance. So this is making me not balance on my 941. I know I can change the amounts on the 941 and pay the taxes with 941 form but how do I change the software for next year.

In Pay Mode, you would need to disable the deductions by using the Details 4 Tab to zero out the deductions before calculating the bonus.
