California Employment Training Tax (ETT)

First time user, need help! Completed payroll, but employer totals shows 0%. I cannot figure out where to include this .1%. This is an employer paid tax. I have looked at the manual, FAQ's etc. Please guide me, Thanks!

If you entered an override for the Employee SDI, you will need to enter the Training Tax percent in that same area. See this page in the help file:

Item 7 is the Training Tax for California. Click on 7 band read the descriptive text for that item.

I have looked at the page you referred me to more times than I can count. What to I mark and where do I put the number?

The numbers below reference the numbers for the items in the link I gave you.

Check Box number 5 and Enter your SDI rate in Box number 6, then enter your Training Tax rate in Box number 7.

Finally click Save and Close.
