Is there any report that shows each employee's information including the "notes" field? The "long employee list" is perfect except it does not show the notes. Thanks.

No the notes are intended to be accessible from the edit mode only. Designed to be used for your eyes only such as a disciplinary note, reason for letting an employee go, etc.
