2011 W2 Forms

When prepaing W2 for 2011 the form does not carry over the SUI and FLI for the employee, last years forms were fine, what am I doing wrong?

SUI and FLI??? I assume SUI = State Unemployment Insurance? FLI, no idea. But W2 Forms only report the Federal Income Tax, FICA, and Medicate as well as State Income tax.

I assume the two items are some sort of state unemployment tax normally reported on state forms.
