w2 state info not reflecting devered income

On W2s - the income shown for Illinois is total income (federal box 3) not the income less deferred income from box 1. How do I correct this before printing forms?

You have me confused. Box 3 is the taxable FICA wages and Box 1 is the Taxable Federal Income Tax wages. If you didn't set up a deduction that would be non-taxable from State Income tax for the year it would not reflect any deferred income for the state.
