W-2 shows incorrect total for social security deduction (only on two employees)

when reporting w2 online, SSA is saying that my social security deductions are not at 4.2% (but this is only affecting two of four employees). Not sure where to begin to figure this one out...thanks.

Most likely you either had a typo when entering the data in on-line or you paid them before installing the 2011 tax tables one or after January 2011 with the 4.2% tax changes.
