Duplicated Employee w2's

I have two employee's with the same employee numbers. One active, the other inactive. When going to print the w2's for 2011. THe inactive show up with the actives pay information. How do I reverse? How to I drop the inactive all together?

You will need to send us a backup telling us which one to removed and we can do it for you and return the backup and you can restore it and then move forward. See this FAQ on how to get the database to us:
