I installed the add on program to help with my w2 printing. The issue I am having is that the federal ID shows up in the state ID box. I have looked and researched but I can not find a way to change the field except to go to each person and change it. I did this in a smaller company with 2 employees. I now have an employer with 260 files. I really do not want to have to go and change each ID manually. You can not copy and paste as it changes all the information not just the state ID. I have not found any help from their help menu that makes sense to me. They talk about copy and pasting from an excel header but I would not know where to fine this in the payroll system. I might be missing something simple, but I am more confused than ever right now. Any help or an idea of where to look would be appreciated.
