F/S Taxes are off

We are transferring from one payroll system to ZPay. We have downloaded the trial version. Are the tax tables incorrect until we purchase the product? Right now, the incorrect amount of taxes are being deducted. Thank you.

No, the correct 2011 tax tables are installed. It sounds like you may have selected the wrong pay period when setting up employees (weekly, bi-weekly, etc) as that is the usual mistake if the taxes are off. If you use the exact calculation method using your calculator, you will find that PayWindow comes out to the exact penny.
