If I have a salaried employee working 3 days/week (24 hours) and we are on bi-weekly payroll. Say his payate is $2000.00. How is Zpay calculating his vacation pay? Suppose he worked 5 days and took one day vacation during the pay period, shouldn't his vacation pay be $333.33. It does not seem to come out that way when I tried.

The Vacation Accruals calculation works on a normal 40 hour week so a bi-weekly employee's vacation pay is calculated by dividing the $2000.00 by 80 hours to get the "hourly rate" for a bi-weekly payee. That would be $25 an hour and if you pay 8 hours that should be $200 Vacation pay. So that 3 day work week would not work for you to use auto-calculations. You would have to overwrite the Vacation pay when paying them.
