Multiple state withholding for employee on a single paycheck

I have an employee who works in multiple states during any given pay period. I need withholding for two or more states on each week's paycheck and a consolidated W2 at year end for the employee. It does not appear that I can enter more than one state for withholding during a given pay period. Any suggestions?

PayWindow has limited multi-state support. A company can have employees in different states but an employee can only work in one state.
