We have a 401K plan. I know how to set it up for percentage deduction and straight amoutn deductions. My question is can you can that AND a Roth 401K deduction set up? Can I have all 3 types??

You would need to set up each as a separate deduction for each type you want. e.g. One for Percentage and one for Amount.

I do have them set up separate but can I have 3 types? The percentage, set amount AND set up for a Roth 401K? Normal 401K taxes after the deduction is made Roth will tax before the deduction. Can I do it both ways?

Study this linked below page in the help file, when you check items as non-taxable that is when the deduction is taken out before the taxes. So to have taxes taken out before the deduction, do not select like shown on number 6 in the example.
