Salary advance and deductions

I made a large salary advance to an employee for an emergency bereavement leave, and it is to be repaid over a period of 10 months at the same rate each month. How do I set up the loan and repayment in Paywindow? Do I need to designate anything special for taxes for this deduction?

If you paid the advance by a separate check, then just set up a deduction like you see for the "Repay Loan" deduction on this page in the help file:

Divide the amount by 10 and deduct that amount for 10 months.
