Hi Paul The paychecks on 9.0.46 at the top and middle incorrectly has has Pay Period Date 7/1-2010 to 9/30/2010
instead of 2011

Check the payroll transactions as I have a feeling you may have opened and old data file. Click Payroll and then select Transactions and check the dates.
You enter the date range as you must recall from past payrolls and the date is stored in the company file. Also the settings for the check is stored in the company file.

Item number the is the option to where the stub prints.

The Date I select is correct from the transactions. When I print or reprint check is where at the top and middle has py Period Date" 7/1/2010 to 9/30/2010. It was noticed when trying to get a loan they want an explanation of why these dates appear on check stub. May I send you a JPEG
It's up to you to enter the pay period dates when paying the employees. I'm sure you read that on the page I linked for you below to the help file. Items 9, 10 and 11 on that page.
