Setting Tax and Data File Location

I have set up paywindow for multiple users. I am adding a new user. How do I point this new user to the correct tax and data file locations?

The same as you did for the other users. You need to install it under their user account and enter the unlock code too.

I did that, but the tax and data files refer to ones in the new users default directory. I want to set them to the main ones in the public directory. I see no option to change these to another directory.

Allowing the tax tables to be shared gave us too many support issues so we changed earlier this year and no longer allow the tax tables to be shared. The only thing that can be shared now is the company databases.
