Missing - Option to update Tax Table and Data Directory paths

I updated to Paywindow 9.0.46 and noticed that we no longer have an option to update/modify the data directory path. In our case, we normally keep the data files as well as the tax table file in the "All Users" directory. But after this (or one of the previous) update, we are being forced to use the "User's My Document" folder for the tax table as well as the data directory paths. How can I go and modify these paths as I used to be able to do under the tools menu. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes that option was removed earlier this year as it was causing too many support issues. PayWindow must be installed for the specific users now. The only thing that can be shared by users is the company databases.
