View Full Version : Employee wages not included in 941 totals

One of my employees wages are showing up in every report except on the 941. I can override the totals, but I can't figure out why this is happening. When I decided to investigate this AGAIN-I saw that the box for agricultural worker 943 was checked and realized that was surely the problem. Since then I have changed this but the wages still will not show up on the 941. How can I fix this rather than correct the 941 each quarter. I think I have tried everything! Please help:(

Yes, the agricultural employees are shown on the 943 form and not the 941. Unfortunately, what is displayed are the wages "paid", the setting only affects transactions going forward now as all stored transactions were made with the Agricultural flag saved.

The only way that you can fix that is to delete that persons transactions and set the date for each pay day and pay again with the check box unchecked.

I kind of thought that I might have to do that, so I have already rounded up the payroll sheets for the year to begin again. Thanks so much for getting back in touch with me.
