Form 941 overiding numbers

Hi Paul,

I am having an issue with my 941. It says I have a -.02 fractions of a cent adjustment. I would like to override that since my payments do not reflect that fractions of a cent adjustment. The form opens in Acrobatic reader ver 10.1.0. Am I wrong or was I able to override the values in the form in the past?

Yes you can edit the 941 Form as always as the PDF file allows editing. But you are supposed to report the rounding, see this FAQ as explained by the IRS:

I knew I was able to override the amounts in Adobe prior to now. So can you check since I downloaded the latest Zpay before doing this and reset the form before printing. But now I can not edit any field

I see the problem. The IRS security is back again in the form. It worked on my computer with the Full version of Adobe but when I tried to edit on a computer that had the free reader, it would not allow editing. In did like we did in past years by loading the form in Adobe Pro and saved a copy without the IRS security.

Download and install PayWindow from our download page and you should be able to edit again.

Paywindow ver is 9.0.46 I checked today for updates and there isn't any. I am up to date so should I download from the http://zpay.com/download.htm
and run it and overwrite my installed version?

That's what I said "Download and install PayWindow from our download page and you should be able to edit again." There was no change to the program so it is the same version number.

I downloaded paywindow http://zpay.com/download.htm and installed over installation and now I can edit 941 fields again
