I need some Help

I use Pay windows to do the payroll for several companies. I just went to set up a new
company today. I set it up, but now when I open pay windows the company does not
appear on the opening screen. I did check the pay window under my c directory and the
company does show there. I also have 7 listings for a single company in my start up
screen. I could use some help to get my program files all in one place and with one version
of each company. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

It sounds like you've created company files in different locations. The Microsoft Default is in the My Documents folder. So the PayWindow default is "My Documents\PayWindow Data Files\".

PayWindow has a tool to help you find all PayWindow data files on your computer, it is the "Company Organizer". See this page in the help file:

Open that up and click the Search button. Then move all of the files to a single folder, preferably, the one I mentioned above.
