Tax table update password requirement

Last week for the first time in two years, the tax table update is requiring a password after accepting the licensing terms. I tried using the password from the original welcome email but that did not work. No program updates are available at this time. Please help. Thanks!

The tax table download has required a password since 2000 and that password is on the receipt that was sent with the CD below the registration code and in the email receipt which also had your registration code. It is the Program Update download that does not require a password. If you noticed, the update checker shows the change in the tax tables only affect North Dakota and if you are not in North Dakota, you do not need it.
