FICA reporting

My bi-weekly payrolls for March show that the FICA amount for employer and employee are equal. I have the most current updates for PayWindow and Taxes. Would like to submit tax payment in correct amount. Help?

The only way that can happen is that you did not update the program and tax tables on January 1st when the new tax tables were released. Just "PayWindow 2011" is not the current program, the build number is what is important as what was released prior to January 1st is way outdated today.

The current release is 9.0.41 but that will not fix any payrolls performed with the incorrect tax tables as you've already deducted at the incorrect rate from your employees pay.

I wonder if you have two versions of PayWindow installed since you thought you were up to date. Old and new?
