Employer FICA changes mid-year?

In preparing our 2010 W-2 and W-3 for our one employee, we noted that during the second week of Oct, the employer FICA percent changed from 6.2%to 4.2%. We don't know why this happened or how to get it back. Help!

BTW, we may not have been keeping our updates updated frequently enough, but we are now fully updated for both program and tax tables.

The tax tables with the rate of 4.2% was not released until January 1st so unless you actually performed a 2010 payroll after the 1st of January using PayWindow 2011, it would have been impossible. But if you did use PayWindow 2011 to pay or edit a payroll from 2010 it would be true.

The situation was this: I had to redo a bunch of 2010 paystubs in 2011 and the FICA rate is incorrect. Is there any way to manually set the FICA rate back to 6.2%?

Reinstall PayWindow 2011 from our download page on the website and it will update the tax tables.
