941 will not populate

When I attempted to print the 1st qtr 941 - a message popped up saying my company FED ID was not right - that i needed to correctly enter it without any dashes, commas, etc. I've been using this system for years and have never had an issue with 941 before - but I obeyed and re-entered my FED ID by removing the dash. Each attempt to populate the 941 repeats the message. Yes I have adobe and have rechecked all of those things. Now I'm stumped about what to do with this?:confused:

Download the current release, we had a problem in the build you downloaded that was available for only a few hours and you are one of the few that downloaded it before we replaced it.
