Hi Paul,
Thanks for fixing 9.0.36.
Sorry to say line 7 the fractions of cents line not prints with a white + in a black box
over (0.01)
and the part above 1:January, February, March is a blacked out rectangle

It's the IRS Form's problem as the data field is too small to display the negative symbol. It should print fine though.

Upper right has a black rectangle above months and line 7 (0.01) has a +in a black box that overlaps the lower half of the 1)

If I replace line 7 with a positive number it does not have the + sign in a black box
the Black rectangulaar box before printing says Report for this Quarter of 2011 (Check one) in preview but prints as black rectangle

It is an Adobe Acrobat function that is causing the problem. When the text does not fit in the entry, it adds the plus symbol to let the user know that there is more text than fits in the display. In checking, we see that the IRS is aware of it as they changed the display of a negative number from "(0.05)" to now use "-0.05" which fits.
So type in the minus sign replacing the "(" and delete the trailing ")" before printing. We are programming PayWindow to use the new negative number format of the minus symbol and no longer use the "(" and ")" around the negative number. This will be in the next update.
