How we use the new 941 form for employees under the W-11 form (Hiring Incentive to Restore Employment)? We have one employee out of 2 that signed the form. The other employee is not under this form. How do we tell the program we have a en employee under this form?

As far as I know that expired at the end of 2010, that's why it is not a part of the new 941 Form for 2011.
