Paul,
One of our employees had incorrect FICA, MEDI and SDI deducted from their pay. Have other customers had this problem? How do I correct?

No problems reported with the exception of user errors in setup and also in forgetting to click the Pay Button to calculate the taxes. Oh yes and one employer who was performing after-the-fact payroll and transposed numbers when entering the figures.

If you want, you can send me a backup of your database with a detailed email telling me which employee and what you feel is wrong and I can inspect the raw data and tell you what you did.

Good afternoon,
I think I figured out what went wrong. I entered the hours and left the program. The overtime hours were incorrect for one employee by 1/2 hour. I changed the overtime hour and the gross amount changed, but the taxes didn't change. Please advise.

Editing (changing) information will only recalculate the net pay and not affect any taxes. That is how after-the-fact payroll entries are entered. If you made a change to the hours or pay amounts after clicking the Pay button (which is what calculates the taxes), you must then click the Pay button again to recalculate the taxes.
