I need to make monthly 941 deposits. I would like to get a monthly report like I get from Report Center -> Tax Reports -> Tax Liability Report. This report will work great for the first month of a quarter and the complete quarter..... but not for the second month only and the third month only of a quarter. How do I generate these montlhy reports in the concise format described. Seems like most everybody would need this same information on a monthly basis for Federal and State withholding deposits.

That report as you saw is a Quarterly report and was used years ago before we started printing the 941 Forms in PayWindow.

The report that you want to use is under the "Pay Periods" (Default shown when the Report Center is opened) section of the Report Center. It is one of two reports that you should print and save for seven years in case of any future audits. It is the Employer Totals report. If gives you the liabilities for the Period, MTD, QTD and YTD in one single page. The other report is the Normal 80 Column report which is the individual employees information for the same periods.
