Long-time Paywindow user here. I have Paywindow installed on 3 pc's. The main PC at work(pc A) and 2 pc's at home for backup( pc B & C). Have all the PC's installed with build 24. However, PC A at work, has been unable to download new updates, or even connect to your site from within the Paywindow program. I do get other web sites on it but am unable to get to your site. I have been downloading your updates on my home PC'- saving to flash drive, and then take the flash drive to work and installing the update there. Am puzzled as to why I can't make the connection on my main PC at work, or even connect to your website from it. As, I said before, I do get the internet for other sites but, not Zpay when I'm in the Paywindow program. I will continue to use the flash drive at home for updates to install on the main PC at work (PC-A), but would appreciate your input on how to solve this inconvenience. Should I also download the Update Assistant program to the flash drive and install it on the main PC to see if that solves the problem. This only started happening with Build 23. Thank you!

Not being able to connect from within PayWindow can occur if you do not have Internet Explorer as your default browser or a misconfiguration as we use Internet Explorer for that purpose. If you cannot connect from within PayWindow you need to use the direct download as explained in this FAQ:
