A fault occurred while backing up and I got this message about printing a bug report. I printed it and noticed a copy in a .txt file on my desktop. Was that report automatically sent to you or do I have to forward it?

All bugs that we received from the bug tool that automatically reported have been fixed. So if you have any version older that 9.0.21, use the Update Checker and download and install the current release.

My reply was for you to check the build number to see if you were current with build 9.0.21, if you were, then we need it, if not, you just need to use the update checker and install the current release to see if you still have a problem.
