Federal tax amount

I have a single employee, no exemptions, $450.00 monthly. The federal tax comes out at $37.50 and I think it should be much lower. What am I missing? I have her set up correctly as above and I've used the calculator and Pub 15 for annual payroll period and I get $27.50. Thank you

Actually the tax using the formula calculates to be $24.58 which is the same that the 2011 tax tables in PayWindow calculate at using the settings that you gave:
