Federal tax not being widthheld?

Some of my employee transactions do not have Fed tax widthheld. Employees are not exempt. Any ideas. I'm new to this role. Thanks.

Yes, with a combination of low income and they may have enough exemptions where they are not taxed, or possibly they are weekly payees and you have them set up as monthly or something. I would need to know all of the variables, pay period set to, married or single, number of exemptions claimed, gross pay and if there are any non-taxable deductions.

Or you can check yourself. The quickest check is to use a calculator and work it out with the formula in Publication 15 as PayWindow comes out to the penny if you set the employees up properly.
