401K deduction

We currently have a 401K deduction at 5% of gross pay. However, the board has recently switched this to exclude bonuses. Is there a way to set up this deduciton to exclude the bonus so I don't have to hand calculate the 401K every time?

The only way you can handle that is to pay the bonuses on a separate pay date and disable the deductions in PayWindow before calculating the taxes.
