I am running a Windows 7 64 bit processor. At the beginning of the year I downloaded the new program along with some windows updates etc and soon after my 6 month old computer crashed. I ended up having to send the computer off for repair because I couldn't even get it to boot up. I went out the next day and bought a brand new laptop. Loaded my essential programs, windows updates and the new paywindow software. 3 days later this new computer starting acting unstable and I ended up having to wipe it clean and start over. The HP people loaded all the windows updates, loaded Norton, Office, Outlook. They also confirmed I don't have a virus. A couple days later I loaded my printer and Quicken. At that point everything was going Great, I thought I was out of the woods. Today I loaded Paywindow. Immediately my system crashed. I was able to get back into Windows but my system is running Very slowly. Do you know of any problems with Paywindow and Windows 7 with a 64 bit processor?

No PayWindow has never been known to cause a computer to crash with over 7,000 users. And it is developed under Windows 7 on a 64 bit machine as well as on 6 64 bit Windows 7 computers in our offices.
