Started 4th Qrt, trying to update

As a new client in 4th Quarter I received the Tax Tables for free. However, my operating version seems to still be 8.0.16. When I installed the new Tax Tables and subsequent Releases from the website it says that version 9.0.4 or higher is required. But I never received that and so I think that is causing the discrepancy in my FICA tax when I run the payroll now.

Was I supposed to receive something else or was I supposed to pay for the new version?
