Reporting Agent Setup

How do I set up for being a reporting agent in Wage filer? I am not supposed to use a Company's 941 pin number, but my own and I want the reports to come to me so I can deliver to my clients. I have printed the manual, but it doesn't explain.

In the 941 editing, there is a tab labeled "Reporting Agent" and that is where you enter the EFIN and your PIN.
