Year End Problem

I am using the 2011 most recent build 9.0.11.0 and tried to delete some employees who are no longer with me. I did not select 'delete unemployed and all transactions (option 2)' just option 1 and the procedure locked up and I had to restart the Paywindow program. I tried this several times with the same result.

Can you send us your database referencing this message? I closed out six companies I do payroll for and all cleaned out as expected.
