Error in 941 Form

I just got the download, installed 2010 version and my program is still not calculating correctly. I paid out before taxes more than the program says I paid out total in wages for the year.
Suggestions?

The 941 Form Audits the payroll transactions that you've made during the period. Not really understanding exactly what you are telling us, I'm not sure what you may have done. I think I will need to see your database to try and make a guess at what you have. Send a backup to us with an email referencing this FAQ following the instructions here:
