Error previewing/printing normal 80 report

I am trying to close out 2010 and update our version. When trying to preview the "Normal 80" report, I get a "nobody paid during this period". The date is set on last quarter of 2010, "all employees" is selected. The Employer Totals report is fine. I have tried different dates (quarters) and get the same thing.

You need to use an actual pay date, not the end of the year for that report.
