WageFiler shows 2009 at the only year in Wage Filer Services

I want to generate W2s for 2010.

It does allow both 2009 and 2010 in the year for W2 reporting in the W2 editor

I would require separate company files. 1.0.4 is for 2009 and we should have the 2010 version released this week.

Thanks, I'm not sure I understand the first part of your post though. Does this mean that I need to make a separate wage filer company file for each year (unlike paywindow)?

Same database, just a separate company created, as it can hold multiple companies. But in the case of the same company, use an identifier from one year to the next so one is 2009, one is 2010 etc.

Thanks Paul, it would be good if the setup tutorial had something in it that recommended this type of setup.

I have not yet seen the new release of Wage Filer. Any idea when it will be available?

There were still a few tests that had to be resubmitted on Friday and are now done and we are testing it this weekend and I hope to release it on Monday.
